Im trying to return a faulty watch for a replacement and the support tech is not answering my question
I need to return the watch for a replacement as Marly confirmed that it is indeed faulty, no where my problem lies is i don't have the original box to return it in. I have been sent a shipping label to return the faulty watch but it also says ill receive a refund.
I do not want a refund i want a replacement, is there someone from Mobvoi support team that understands English that can help me with this inquiry as I'm not getting anywhere with the current support staff
