"Welcome to Wear OS - Learn More" on watch display

Hi all,

Just got a Ticwatch E and after the Wear OS and Mobvoi app sync, letting the watch fully charge and go through the requested updates, ive found that i have this annoying message every time the watch face turns on - "Welcome to Wear OS, Learn More" and have to press through learn more to see anything.

Many times it sits there prompting me to swipe in another direction (with the edges flashing) and swiping doesnt allow me to do anything, and the watch is unresponsive.

Any ideas how to get rid of this issue?

Also, i noticed when i press the crown button that the side menu flashes extremely quickly and goes back to the watch face, unable to scroll or select any of the apps from the list.

I have same problem on ticwatch pro...does this ever go away?

ok - I found the solution on the wear os support pages....you have to long press the "learn more" and gives you a way to skip tutorial.....I thought I tried that yesterday and didn't work but seems to today (after factory reset)....
