I’m pretty upset at this point. The tracking on my package pretty much indicates that it’s stuck in Mississauga, across the country from me here in saskatchewan.

At this point I can’t say I’ll ever recommend Mobvoi to anyone else.

Where is my watch? Why on earth do some Canadian customers have theirs, but others don’t? If they all went into the mail system with ‘expedited shipping’ I should have gotten it within days of getting a tracking number. I got a tracking number on Nov 22nd, but it’s Dec 12th and nothing.

Greetings team.

I need help. My tracking with Canada post states that it has been delivered to Richmond Hill Ontario, but I live in Montréal Québec. Can someone help me
:?: Do I have proof that it is my tracking number and not from another customer :?: Help urgently.

My tracking says that it was returned to sender. How do I get in contact with Mobvoi about this? I've tried on Kickstarter and on their support ticket system, and I haven't gotten anywhere yet with them.

Still waiting for my watch here in Vancouver, BC. It's been stuck in Richmond sort center since Saturday. It's wednesday end of day and I still don't have any clue what is going on. Is anyone else's watch stuck in this Canada post limbo?

My watch is also being returned to sender. Canada Post said the packing slip might have been damaged that they couldnt see my full address.. my email address is :rolandomedina19@gmail.com.. please resolve this issue as I am very excited to receive my watch. thank you
