Please can you assist with my order TIC_EU_2226. After many days I was notified that it had cleared
Customs and arrived here in the UK. However that was last Thursday and it's not moved since.

Using tracking number JJD0002246701011450 yodel say they have not yet received the package yet.

You have also removed chat feature from your website so I could not contact you. After 2 1/2 weeks i just want my watch.

Please could you respond with an update.
