Alright, I have to say I'm in the minority band wagon who have had >24 hours of use off a single charge.

When my tw S arrived I drained it dead before charging the watch with a 5V 1.5amp block (1amp block did not charge not matter how long it was connected).

These are My settings:
Face: wander
Brightness: 3
Always on
Gestures off
Bluetooth: on
Play phone voice: off
Wifi: on
Location gps: on
Volume: all loudest
Vibration: on for all and set to double
Ok google: off
Accessibility: All settings off
Fitness apps: all of besides steps.

I have done 4 full drain and charge cycles.

I've worn it to work, 8 hour shifts using it for message, phone call notifications.

Usually disconnected from charger at 6am, home from work by 3pm with 65-75% charge left.

Out to dinner etc by the time im home again 9pm, I have 35-40% charge. Leaving it to drain and die at about 9am-10am the next day.

Just to add something to note,
I have now changed one setting which is:

Screen always on: to OFF

as I'm concerned about screen burn in with the OLED screen.
this has now pushed my watch to 30hrs on a single charge.

Fitness apps: all of besides steps.

How did you turn those off?

I had an interesting issue yesterday, my watch was at 45%, then I restarted it and suddenly it was at 65%, it switched off when reaching around 20% though.

Hi All,

I recently bought Ticwatch S and noticed the battery draining problem the first day. The whole battery drained off within 6 hrs when I switched in Bluetooth, Wifi and kept the display on always. On the second day I switched off everything and kept the phone on Airplane mode (Occasionally turned on bluetooth and switched off within 3-5 minutes), the battery remained for 3 days. Unless someone wants bluetooth on always , I think people can follow this.

Thanks,
Nirmal

Settings > Apps > System Apps > then select each "Fit", "Health" & "Fitness".
I am now on 22hrs with 60% charge left.

Remember guys, its a watch. I use it for my work the most for time/date to write notes, phone calls/email/message notifications only.
Everything else I use my phone for.

Mind you I did 4 full cycle charges. Out of the box I drained it, charged it fully with a 5v 1.5amp block and left it on for 2hrs.

Thanks for the tip. I too drained the watch after unboxing and now I'm in my third full cycle (I leave it connected to the power adapter over night). I got straight 26hrs from my watch (including a wourkout-session which I tracked in the gym).

My settings are
Face: Google Fit analoge
Brightness: 3
Always on: off
Gestures: on
Bluetooth: on
Play phone voice: off
Wifi: on
Location gps: on
Volume: all loudest
Vibration: on for all and set to double
Ok google: off
Accessibility: All settings off
Fitness apps: all on

For the battery life works great. I also noticed that the first 15% drain faster than the rest (at least for me it seems like that).
Today I test it with Fitness and Health disabled (only Google Fit for tracking).

64% after 4 hours usage.

- Blues face
- brightness at 3
- screen always on
- tilt-to-wake on
- Bluetooth on
- WiFi off
- location on
- 'ok Google' off

One other thing, I set up initially via the watch, so now the Ticwear app is useless because you can only get as far as the pairing screen (which is now null and void since I already set the watch up).

Even though my Ticwatch E won't connect to my Pixel 2, I was able to connect it briefly enough to get a watch face before it disconnected and it hasn't connected since. Today I decided to wear the watch, even though it isn't connected to the phone since I just got the watch. I unplugged it at 0730 this morning and it was dead by 1130....a whole 4 hours.

I think that I have decided that this watch is going back to Amazon with a terrible review. It does not connect to my Pixel 2, support has not returned an email, and the battery life is 4 hours. I don't buy the support answer, posted on here, of running it a few cycles until full discharge to improve the battery life. I have many battery operated devices that run as expected out of the box. I have also had a Gear 2 that would run the entire day.

Today, I literally did nothing with it besides tell time and it lasted 4 hours.

Just turn your watch screen off. It made it easy for me to last a day. I still keep wifi and Bluetooth on. No issues. I just double tap the screen to look at it. I even use it for workouts with not much more drop.
