So -- the pedometer that comes with (and so is integrated into tall the fitness tracking) is kinda wonky. (the one that's the "Health" app) There's no way I've gotten this any steps and realized it is picking up a LOT of hand gestures/general motion. My fitbit did too, but I was able to do some tweaking to make it more accurate. Any way to do the same here? Like, put in stride length or something??? I was just working at a sewing machine and I got 5 steps for moving the fabric around!
For the most accurate results, I would recommend to turn off the pedometer if you are sitting for prolong periods of time. Swipe left in the 'Health App' to enable or disable pedometer.
