steps on homescreen

Does anyone know how i can see my steps in the little circle on the home screen?

I think that depends on the watch face you are using. In some of the watch faces in Tic S&E, you can change what you want to see

Depends on that watch face. Some of the faces are customizable.
When you select a watch face, if you see a small gear icon near the face, click it and it will take you to page where you can select the elements to be used on the face.
