Delayed delivery to SPAIN

Hello, On the 29th I received a tracking number in Landmark every time I tried to find out when the package arrived, it gave me an error telling me that the reference does not exist, wrote to the support of MOBVOI and received a response 14 days (12 Dicember ) later a response from the operator ELENA telling me that he would give me some news when I could find out something two days (14 Dicember ) later he sent me a message telling me that it was a mistake and they tried to send me another TICWatch from Poland another two days (16 Dicember ) later he sent me a message telling me that the delivery address does not match, answer with an email the day 16Dicember giving the full address and since then does not say anything, I can know if I received the purchase I made?
My order number is TIC8962 , if you need more details tell me.
