Can I use any charger with the following voltage ratings to charge my Ticwatch E? Will it affect the life of the battery?

5V and 1.5 A

The instructions manual says that I can only use 5V/1A. Please advise.

I use a 4A 5V charger, but I'm sure that the watch wil take the necessary energy automatically. In fact a full charge requires the same time with my 4A charger and a 500mA USB port both.

Don't use the wrong block. It will kill your watch. It has happened to me twice already with my ticwatch e.

The charger does not push the current to the watch, the watch pulls the current. So it should not matter if the charger is rated 1 Amp or 4 Amps, as long as it supplies enough current. I measured the current pulled by my Ticwatch E using a Drok USB Meter and it was 0.31 Amps. So any charger above .5 Amps should work fine. NOTE: The charger must supply 5 Volts. If the voltage is not 5 volts, that could damage the watch.

I seem to have an issue convincing my Ticwatch E to charge (decides not charging when it's attached, or refuses to charge past 10 - 20%. Is the watch heading past its life? Got it in 2017.
