They would have to give some more information. An informed user is a quiet user. ;)

The "oreo" update is redundant anyway, it has no new features waht so ever. Way more important is support for the next one following oreo.
If it's so redundant why is Mobvi having such a hard time updating? It's either due to Oreo having a lot of under the hood changes that are not cosmetic or because Mobvi is not putting much effort into the update.
I am very disappointed with Mobvi and will likely not consider a future product from them when other brands are supporting their watches better.
I could be in the minority but software updates are why I am a pixel owner.

Thanks for the update. Will the notification changes fix the lag issue? Can you say more about the background limits? The watch still uses a lot of battery at night with the screen off and in airplane mode. More than a phone uses.

Sorry Mobi last product I purchased from your company. Unforseen circumstances for a software update that other companies put out quickly. Your watch is running the stock software so unless you have a hardware defect or just are not putting the resources into the rollout I cannot see another issue that delayed this release for months.

I really wait some new function in Wear OS (Oreo), actually the Wear OS system is very simple and I think we the software need a native Calendar (Google Calendar for example), a simple Web Browser, and the official WhatsApp app (Telegram has a official app for Wear).
In the end of April is probably the distribution of the update...

Lol, you are a fool. You bought budget smartwatches and expect to have the same quick software support as if you bought the most expensive smartwatches on the planet...
