There is an issue with calls.
I was 1h calling and the battery drain was about 30-40%... The solution? Turn off Bluetooth during calls or unmark the option "use ticwatch for calling"

On your phone, make sure you have enabled voice detection settings. Where is the vibration strength setting introduced with wear os 1.1/oreo?
