Since my Ticwatch E got the Oreo update I am getting random restarts sporadically. Also can you please do something about the watches retaining the black theme.
Thanks for the feedback. Will pass it on to the devs
HI Jamie,
I also had 2 random restart after the update. Never had one before so looks like something is broken with the new release. Black theme not only saves battery but also looks better. So looking forward to your update.

No Oreo update yet, and I believe that I'm the lucky one.
With so much time before delivering this update and fixing the bugs including the black theme.
What are the developers doing all the day?
Since the support is non communicable there is only two things to do.

Throw the watch into recycle bin, feeling like a fool or just accept everything including been cheated with investing in their smartwatch e an s.

The choice is yours

Noted on that and agreed on the black theme saving battery. I will pass it on to the development team

Just finished the wear OS update.
The watch respones much slowly/lag after the update..

The worst thing is the watch will restart itself suddently - it has restarted 5 times within 30 mins after the update.
I dont think Mobvoi team have tested the firmware completely before launching.
