On a related note, are you testing the Android P Dev Preview? :)

A bit off-topic...
By the way, what exactly are you waiting for in this update so desperately?
Based on my experience, the OS updates (putting an OS version to the device designed for another one) do not "make things work as expected". They usually make things STOP working as expected.
That is especially true for Android platform where:
1) Device maker does not control a chip maker (board support package)
2) Device maker does not control a software maker (Google)
So, let's enjoy our watch while it still works :D :D :D

I'm glad Mobvoi is taking the time to get the update right. You can't make everyone happy and delaying it to make sure it's bug free is the right thing to do. What's the point of getting a software update if it's going to break things? I would rather stay on the current version if that's going to happen.

I mean... if things are done properly, nothing should STOP. For example i have Oreo on my Xiaomi mi 5 since february by LineageOS and it's working 10 times better than MIUI (the official company).
What we are waiting for? I really want to turn off the tap to wake and more stability. It's not normal than two days ago with fligth mode my watch discharge 50% in 24h and today just 20% in 24h, and i did nothing different...

Well for one my watch still has the battery plague.

It goes from 60 to 0. I was hoping that the firmware upgrade would fix this following with a factory reset.

Mobvoi what is the holdup. I'd rather have a working watch than go through shipping this back to China.
