Ticwatch Screen not working

My Ticwatch S, bought in December, has its screen completely dead. It started with come stripes wider day by day, but now you can feel vibration if you press the button but besides that the screen is completely black. Unfortunately I bought it on Geekbuying (no answer to my contacts) because at that time it was the only one shipping to Portugal. What should I do? I have a 2 month brand new watch completely non-useful.

Hi,

I would suggest contacting Geekbuying directly with the problem to see what can be done. We are only able to provide warranty for watches bought either on Amazon or Mobvoi's Official website. Also, we do ship to Portugal now.

Hi , I bought my watch through Amazon and its a Ticwatch 2. The screen is not working but I can hold the power button and feel the haptic ring when it signals it is on, and then the sound of it turning on goes as well.
Here are my order details:

Did anyone find a way to fix it?
My watch is out of warranty but i would like to fix it or even buy a new screen.
