a problem about connect with Wear OS

Hey I just gotta this Ticwatch E about 5 days ago, It used work in a good condition
but today I change a new cellphone So I rest the watch but it seems can't connect with my new android cell phone.
So I try to switch back to the old cell phone.I t seems it always can connect with the cell phone with Bluetooth but once use the app wear os it seems stuck there always can't find my watch
I wonder if there has someone have the same issue with me Or the support team can offer me some solutions to solve this problem .

Hey Sean,
I think the solution is resetting your watch and deleting the wear os app from your old phone and install it in your new phone, it will work.
This has happened to me 2 times because i had to reset my phone and after that i couldn't find my watch in the wear os app.
I also have a Ticwatch E, s9 the best solution is reset the ticwatch and try it will work..
