No notifications on Ticwatch E

A few days ago, I noticed my watch wasn't vibrating like it used to. I checked my email and noticed I was receiving email in Gmail, but no such notifications on my phone, which is a Samsung Galaxy S9.

I have unpaired/re-paired my devices via Bluetooth. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Wear OS. I have factory reset my watch (a few times). I have rebooted my phone (not factory reset).

In gmail account on my phone, I have Notifications set to All and show on Lock Screen as instructed by Mobovi when I reached out via Twitter message earlier today. No response back.

I've had it since May and it worked out of the box and had no issues until now.

Appreciate any input or advice. Thanks!
