iPhone - unable to reconnect

I have a brand new ticwatch-e. For the first 5 days, it worked just fine with my iPhone (6s).
Now it looses connection and I cannot reconnect unless I reset the watch to factory settings and start the whole process of activating it again.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
