can't connect to new phone

I have been using my Ticwatch pro 2020 with my Samsung S7 phone for about two years.

I recently upgraded to a Samsung S22 phone and have failed to connect to the watch.
Initially both devices were shown under Bluetooth on the other device, but attempts to pair, clicking accept on both devices, never worked.

I don't know what I did, but the watch does not now show up on any of my devices,

What have I done and how do I get it back?
