I am on the same boat too. Placed order on 27th, until today I not received the parcel.

I sent a message to Mobvoi, they replied that they shipped out. What the heck.... is that meaning they didnt care I receive or not?

Today is planned the delivery to me by UPS
If it will be respected ... teh shipping to Italy has asked for around 6 calendar days from the order

Great news @paolocorpo.
I got an email from them today to say the watch had been shipped by UPS with a tracking number that suggests it will be delivered on Monday. :-)

I ordered before Jan 1st (can't remember exactly when right now)
Emailed support asking for an update on the 13th.

We are sincerely sorry about this delay due to the temporary inventory shortage during the New Year time, but you don't need to worry much about this, I just confirmed with our logistics department which we will ship out your parcel before the end of tomorrow, the tracking information will email to you once the shipping started. Usually, it's gonna take about 3-4 working days to reach to you. Thank you so much for your patience.

Never got an email the next day and that was 4 days ago. Emailed again today asking for an update.
