LCD screen on pro 2020 stopped working

Recently the passive LCD screen stopped showing time, steps, etc. the watch is NOT in essential mode and always on is NOT selected. PLEASE HELP.

Has this issue been resolved? I am having the same problem. This morning the passive screen was displaying all zero's. I restarted the watch and it was working properly. Now, just a few minutes ago, it started displaying all zero's again.

You are right . This restart hack works but not every time. :roll:
