Shipping

Hi,

I recently purchased the Ticwatch pro (last Sunday - 06/01/2019), and aside from the confirmation email have not heard anything. I just wondered roughly how long it actually takes for the device to be shipped?

I assume the shipping is just standard, as unless I am blind I couldn't see any other option during checkout.

I sent a message to the support team on Wednesday night, and I got a reply by the morning saying that the watch was out of stock and would be back and shipped before the end of the week.

It's Friday now, and I still haven't heard anymore. I should have just ordered it on Amazon haha.

I believe from ordering to receiving my Pro it took less than 6 days. I ordered on the 30th of December 2018 and received it on the the 4th of January 2019. But I noticed it shipped from Oregon and I live in northern California.

I ordered on Jan 10 and very problably (this says the UPS tracking) it will arive on Jan 16
I live in ITALY and I think that the device has been delivered from Poland

I too placed an order 6 Jan, got the order confirmation but nothing further, I emailed support for an update but have had no reply yet. i too was about to order via Amazon but i wanted the silver bezel model and there were none in stock last weekend... I'm in the UK. Out of interest where are you based Jamie_R? Keep us posted on your delivery please...

Ordered on the 1st and have not had any news besides initial confirmation mail. Very frustrating, and not very professional imo.

I finally got a reply from them tonight that said my order would expedited and I'd hear from them within 48 hours when it will be shipped.

I also noted in their FAQ that other than orders to Oz, HK and Singapore orders would be liable to be customs duties and tax. I didn't spot that before! Looks like it's going to be more expensive than Amazon - who are now offering the silver bezel model on next day delivery! :-(
