Having the same issue. Charging is very slow. Do we know what the estimated time it would take to charge from 15% to 100%?
Re: Charge problem with ticwatch pro
I was having the same problem, then I connected the dock with fast charging charger, and then the dock became faulty. Now, I have to order a new one. But if the dock was charging normally then I would never connected it with the fast charger.

I ordered a new dock from Aliexpress as MOBVOI shipment is not available to Pakistan
. When I charged my watch from this new dock, then again it was charging very slowly, (1% in 10 minute). Then, I cleaned the watch charging area with a contact cleaner, after that it was charging in good speed and was 100% around 90 minutes.

Re: Charge problem with ticwatch pro
I received today my Ticwatch Pro
I switched ON it
The battery level was around 60%
I started all the procedure with Wear OS, update app, setting various, etc etc
The battery decreased to around 25% in very fast way and it switched OFF
I plugged the watch to the official charger and I noted that the battery was 0%
The 100% has been achieved in around 1,5 hours
But my question is :
Is it normal this behavior of battery ??
It is matter of charge calibration ??
I hope ... !!!

Re: Charge problem with ticwatch pro
My ticwatch pro (bought it Nov 15 2018) stopped charing today too.
Anyone know how to tell if it's the dock or the watch at issue?
Plugging it into the dock, the lightning bold symbol appears briefly
but after an hour it never gets warm or shows any progress charging.
Same behavior when the dock is connected to a PC or a USB hub.

Ticwatch Pro won't charge
I've been very happy with my Ticwatch Pro since purchasing in November last year. Been charging every three days and it's been great. Attached it to the charger last night when it was low but not gone battery. This morning it was a brick. When I take it off the charging pad and wait a bit then put it back on it lights up with the lightning picture then that goes away after a few seconds. I've been trying different things from this forum and elsewhere on the internet on and off all day and it's becoming a drag. I've tried different chargers (for the same cable) including a computer USB port, I've tried the holding both buttons for 10 seconds etc.
I really can't think of anything other than sending it back to Amazon and trying to get a replacement...

Re: Ticwatch Pro won't charge
Yet another customer with a faulty charger issue. I had the same problems, your charger is probably broken. You must use a low ampere charging adapter (or probably plug in your computer) to charge the watch. If you use a modern power adapter (1.5A+) your charger will quickly stop working properly and it will seem the watch is broken, but it's simply a lack of attention of Mobvoi on sending a proper charging adapter, or protecting the charger from higher amperages.

I am running into the same scenario with my Ticwatch Pro. A real bummer!
