I have created warranty ticked ID 17140
I have not received back any feedback from MOBVOI support team
Greetings paolocorpo!

You are on the right track. It may take a day or two for a reply depending on the work load.

If it's been longer than that let me know.

Hi paolocorpo,

Your replacement cradle would be shipped from nearest service center from your country.

mine quit after a while also, looks like you cant use a rapid or quick charger or the cradle burns up.

Yeah ...
I can confirm that the my burned cradle has been used with a 1,5 A adapter :o
I purchased some weeks ago a cradle new spare part (from unbranded supplier on Amazon to use in my business home) that until today has been used with a 2,0A adapter and until now I have not issue with it

At the end of day I purchased a new adapter 1,0A (it was completely absent in my home) and I will go to use it with the new cradle that I will receive as substitution of first one by Mobvoi ...

Same problem...watch won't charge. It was a gift and I have no receipt. Tech support wouldn't help me because of that. I said I would pay for the repair, but they STILL wouldn't help me. Horrible watch...worse service!

I opened a Warranty ticket
https://support.mobvoi.com/
After two days a received a response with decision to send to me a new cradle
It has been shipped from HK to ITALY taking 4 days
Very probably it will arive to me into 4/5 days more
A more than sufficient servicy quality to me

The very important issue for MOBVOI is to investogate this problem that looks as to be much frequent

Dear @Moritz
Dear all
how to open the cradle ?
I have the doubt that one of the reason why is that the contact metallic pin are below the plastic level
So there is not contact between them and the watch
