The issue I have had recently is my watch will charge fine if it's just low on battery. If it's completely dead, it will take forever to get any type of charge to it. It has the charging icon but it will not do anything else.

Hi,

just received my TicWatch PRO back from repair centre. They replaced charging cradle.
How could I know if this is "upgraded" cradle or still the same, old type ? When I check it, it says: Input: 5V, 1A(MAX), Output: 5V, 0.8A (Rated)
Thanks, Tomi.

I have ticwatch pro 2020 for a month. I am satisfied with the watch, but there is a problem i have with battery drain. If I the battery drains completely, it works normally, so I suppose the battery is working properly. However, if I start charging it at, for example, 40% and recharge it to 100% then it suddenly drains to 0% and the watch goes out with 20% -30% of the remaining battery. I tried to drain the battery completely 3 times in a row cycle, but if it does not discharge completely again, then this sudden drop from 20% to 0% occurs again. What else could be attempted to calibrate the battery?

Hi 9k2/s53co,

New charging Cradle voltage is same as old one but new one can handle higher overflow voltage that old can't.

We now provide new updated charger with every replacement and also comes out of the box.

Hi Mobvoi17,

Due to current pandemic situation all over the world, shipment delays are very much expected. Please be little patient for your orders and replacements.
