Date format in essential mode

Hello Mobvoi,

is it possible to change the date format from MM/DD to DD/MM? We have in the Czech Republic always first day and then a month. It's pretty confusing. Can this be added in the watch firmware update? ¨

Thanks :)

Hi there,

Unfortunately it's not currently possible to change the date format. I'm a UK user myself and would also like to see this feature added if possible.

That would be great.
Also, it would be great that lower button turns on Heart Rate info when the screen is in essential mode (I mean in smart display off mode, not forced power saving essential mode). Now when the smart display is off and essential mode is on both buttons turn the smart display on, as well as touching the display. I think that there is no point that you can turn the Smart display on in 3 ways.

I also would like this as an option. The US date format caused me some embarrassment in an important meeting today.

Seriously, most of the world uses DDMM format. I'm hoping this can be changed in a future update.

Hi unfnknblvbl,

Thanks for suggestions, We'll make this as feature request and share with our engineers.

Allegedly, the date format on the Essential Mode display should follow your phone locale - but I can't say I have been successful at making that work. That's just what the manual says.
