I personally started this discussion on 03.05.2019, more than 1 year ago. A lot of example were provided to the Mods and to the Mobvoi customer service team. Unfortunately nothing happened till now, and more than one year is gone already. The issue still exist and If I read the statement from the Mods above, it sounds the same as one year ago.
I'm really not happy with this poor service and the fitness app on the watch.
