Just set up my Ticwatch PRO and it is not syncing to my phone

Hi, I have now got my watch set up and it is showing as connected in the App on my phone, however no data, steps, etc are being synced to the phone. I have accessed the Mobvoi Privacy app on the watch and authorize the sending of all data. I have also access authorise apps on the app on my phone and authorised Google Fit. Neither app on the phone is showing steps.

When I access Health on the watch I get: "Please upgrade your Mobvio Privacy in Play Store to allow health data to be synced to the server". However I cannot find any additional options to turn on.

Any help would be really appreciated.

i think you must to creat mobvoi id and login on your mobvoi app

Thanks for the suggestion, but I have created an account and I am logged in. The app is showing the watch as connected with battery state but no other details are coming through. I have also got Google Fit installed and that is syncing with my phone.

did you login on your watch ?? open tichealt (up button and find tichealt) and swip right until you see:

and check "account" and "privacy settings" (turn on data sync and rest of the options)

Many thanks. Your post enabled me to find the issue.

I had enabled step sync etc in settings. But I went back in to check what you said and it then said I had to enable sync and displayed the settings with an additional option to enable all. I did this and all now working.

I have to say that the documentation and instructions provided with the ticwatch pro are abysmal. They should provide detailed instructions on the web site and a link to it in what is laughingly called a user guide.
