Tips and Help

Post by gtr » Thu Nov 01, 2018 12:51 pm

I just bought my first ever smart watch, the TicWatch Pro. It took 2 tries to pair it with my Pixel XL. First attempt failed. Performed factory reset on watch and made sure TicWatch wasn't a paired device on the phone. Started setup again and it worked.

Charged it to 100% and then setup the Google fit and TicHealth apps. Heart rate is enabled. I wanted to monitor my sleep so I slept with it on my wrist. But I can't find my sleep info. I searched and read that Google fit will monitor sleep, but I can't find that info in the app on the phone.
When I start Read Heart Rate on Fit app on the phone, it reports the heart rate to the Fit app on the phone. So I need some tips and help on this function.

If anyone has any tips, please post.

Thanks

Wasn't aware that G Fit does sleep tracking - most people use Sleep As Android, install on the phone first then the companion app on the watch's Play Store.
