Ticwatch Pro - user experience problems

Hi,

I'm using TW Pro since the begining of 2019, and it's getting more and more annoying... Overall slowness/lagging, problems with displaying step count on watchfaces, heartbeat monitor sometimes doesn't work and finally what is most annoying... Incoming calls lag.
Dear Mobvoi could you kindly please tell us(users) when are you going to solve those issues? IMHO if you solve performance issues all others stop to exist as they are result of bad performance. Solutions like "turn off autobrihtness","change animation settings to 0/0.5","turn off Ok Google" are not real solutions and effect they provide is miserable. This isn't cheapest smartwatch on the market but yet user experience is similar. So please provide date for update solving this issues or provide a way we can have our money back!

In case of any questions I'll gladly provide answers or participate in beta tests...

They don't care at all about costumers!
There are serious issues 5 months old and they keep saying to wait, not to mention the lack of features. When they launched the ticwatches S2 and E2 in january they said the sleep tracking was coming SOON, nine months has passed but it's still not available, not even as a buggy beta.

Hi alexigor93,

We absolutely care about our customers, When it comes to sleep tracking we encountered battery life issue. Therefore our engineer's working hard to solve that issue before releasing to customer's.

Sadly its not all fault of ticwatch, wearos its a very laggy os, I think that google must improve the os in order to survive. Ive bought a galaxy watch with the idea of switch sometimes from ticwatch to galaxy watch and viceversa, but i think that i stay with galaxy watch, the difference in speed and usability is very high. Only the playstore and the google assistant are better.

Hi apiso,

Thanks for providing your insight on Wear OS by Google, Hopefully we'll start see some improved performance and stability with TicWatch's soon.

My experience with Ticwatch Pro has been very good. I have had no issues with speed or functionality, except charging, I have found that sometimes having left it on charge overnight, the watch has not fully charged by the morning

I too have been using a tic watch pro for almost a year. Overall I love the watch, mainly because of the fitness app and the data achievable via the mobvoi app on your phone. Really impressed. The main issues that I experience is lag when pressing the buttons. Especially to start exercising and at the end when you want to stop the fitness activities. It can take in excess of 10 seconds for the watch to respond which is far too long in my opinion.
