Disconnected sign

Dear all.
I have installed Android 10 and while i am connected to my phone, I still have disconnected sign on my watch. What happened?

Hi Steliosk,

Do you still receive notifications with disconnected sign, There's couple of situation that disconnected sign appear's on TicWatch. Sometimes disconnect sign appear's if the watch is in stanby and on some cases it'll appear if there's no internet on your smartphone that paired with TicWatch.

Hi Steliosk,

I know how you feel about Wear OS by Google but don't worry. The TicWatch's won't encounter any compatibility issues with Android 10.

The problem is that I can't connect to Google play store or Google assistant, I am getting all notifications and wear app tell me that I am connected. What is going on?
EDIT: The connecrion problem starts with the new war app update. (Today) with previous evrithing works fine.

Hi Steliosk,

I also had this problem on my TicWatch Pro, Don't worry I found a Solution for this issue. Please do the following steps on your Smartphone.
  • Settings - Apps and Notifications - All Apps - Wear OS by Google - Permission - Disable all the permission.
  • Settings - Apps and Notifications - Special Access - Notification Access - Disable Notification Access.
  • Restart both the Smartphone and TicWatch.
  • Enable Flight Mode on your Smartphone and TicWatch.
  • Enable all the permissions you disabled.
  • Disable Airplane mode on your Smartphone and TicWatch.
Connect the TicWatch with your Smartphone and let us know, if the above solution did fixed your issue.

Dear sir.
I did the above procedure and it is working fine now.
One more question, on Special access - Notification access, do I have also select mobvoi app or not?
