Sleep tracking questions

Post by szerwi » Wed Oct 23, 2019 2:26 pm

I have a few questions about sleep tracking.
1. Why there is need to put your sleep hours even though the watch automatically detects when you are sleeping? I don't always go to bed on the same hours.
2. I saw that watch doesn't turn on "Do not disturb" mode when it detects that you sleep. Do you plan adding that?
3. Last night there is about a hour gap in my general heart rate graph, At the same time, sleep heart rate graph is ok. I was wearing the watch for all night.

Hi, I have another question, on the LCD display there is a moon shaped icon, can you enable it for example to suggest when to go to sleep?

Another night and another issues.
1. It devided my sleep for 2 parts with an 30 minutes gap between them. I was sleeping all the night.

2. The "Sleep monitor is running" notification stayed on after my sleep. I needed to restart the watch.

How does your watch detect your sleep?
I do not have that.

So I downloaded TicSleep. Do I have to enter the hours of sleep or will it record my sleep even if I do not enter the hours?

1. Is it possible to wear too loose?
2. Please ignore that notification, this notification is required on android 9 to guarantee 24-hour sleep monitoring.

1. I don't think so. I always wear the watch like that night and I've never had problems like heart rate gap described in first post. Out of 3 nights, only at 1 night there was a gap with sleep tracking during a night.
2. When I restarted the watch, the notification disappeared and sleep tracking was working properly next night. After this night notification disappeared when it finished analyzing sleep.

I installed the TicSleep app on my watch and it shows sleep data from last night, but says pending upload on the watch and the data isn't showing on my phone. Any ideas?
