FWIW, the first date I have sleep data showing up in Google Fit is March 13. Whatever the update was, it was released that week.

Okay, I received some additional clarification on this. The Google Fit sync was enabled with a back end service update. Version 1.7 of TicSleep is the current version available in the Play store. No update should be necessary to the app. Version 1.8 is an internal development version that has not been released yet.

If your sync is not working, try removing and reauthorizing Google Fit within the Mobvoi app on your phone.

Please open a ticket with support. You can email support@mobvoi.com to open a ticket. They will have better tools to be able to diagnose the potential issue since the update happens on the server on the back end.

Open Google Play Store on your watch. Search for TicSleep. The app is only visible from the watch, so it will not show up in Google Play if you search from your phone.

Mobvoi app? Whenever I search for it in the Play Store, it doesn't show up. I've been trying to figure this out too. I just installed the Ticsleep app a few days ago on a fresh new Ticwatch Pro 2020. Wear OS was updated prior to installing Ticsleep. It doesn't update to Google Fit.

I'm running Ticsleep 1.8, and all history data is now gone :(

Mobvoi didn't really make it too obvious how to get the app, but I now have it on my watch.
For some reason it doesn't work straight away but now seems ok and comparable to Sleep as Android
