Hi guys,
Any update on this. I've been having the same problems with my Ticwatch Pro for two weeks now.
As one of my primary use cases of sleep tracking, this is getting rather frustrating.

Random Reboot issue after latest firmware been super rare, only we have around couple complains on this issue. Therefore would you mind sharing a logcat with us.

Please send your logcat through an email to support@mobvoi.com with below email subject and make sure write about your issue in the email for confirmation.

Email Subject:
"LogCat - TicWatch Pro New Firmware Issue (Request by Forum Moderator)"

Sure. Can you point me to a resource which explains how to gather the logcat data? I'm not a dev myself, rather an end user.

Hi Aathif,
Quick update:
Reset occurred again twice. Once last night (at approx 01:38 UTC+2) and again this morning at approx 09:47 (UTC+2).
I sent an updated logcat to the support alias. Hopefully with the concrete timings you will be able to narrow down the search.
The ticket no for the new logcat is 252671.

I've been having the same problems with my Ticwatch Pro. can I also send the logcat to the support mail?
Has a solution been found that I can try?
