8 MONTHS exchanging e-mails with, two defective items and now asking me to pay the shipping?

Please, let me know, how I can escalate this case for management team!

After more than 12 months discussing, and I am TIRED of waiting for a replacement without problems of my Ticwatch Pro... This situation is RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE...
