What could be the problem?
Watch worked fine for first 6 days...now it is not charging at all.
Please help!!

Same here.. After using ticwatch pro for almost 2 months it's not turning on since yesterday... I am using the original charging dock. Once I keep the watch on the dock it will show me the lightning sign for 3 or 4 seconds and than blank screen. It won't turn on after long press to the button too. Is it dead?

That problem sounds like the watch is not charging. Something simillar happend to me.

TI think there's something wrong with some of the original charging cables that shipped out with the Ticwatch Pro. Try another charging cable or dock, that might do the trick. It did for me.

Also I read somewhere that the original cable doesn't support Fast chargers, so if you're connecting it to one of those, the cable starts to deteriorate , and eventually stops working.

Hope this sheds some light into the situation.

I also have this problem. It worked for about 2 months and now it will not charge. I have gone through the warranty troubleshooter on the website but have not heard back from mobvoi.

I have read that it takes them forever to respond. That's not good. What do we do in the meantime? I loved the watch when it was working. I have it hooked up to xDrip to monitor diabetes.

Can the moderators do anything?

Mine won't charge now either

Got mine as an early Christmas present, had it a little over a month more. Turned it off, put it on the charger last night, as usual, was at about 30%. This morning, nothing, cannot turn it on. Watch face shows no sign of charging. Button presses do nothing.
What do I do now? I loved the watch, praised and posted about it. What warranty do they come with? How do I come a claim?

I have read on this forum that anotehr user fixed a similar issue in this way:
1_let press and hold for five (or more()seconds the two buttons
2_The recovey mode will show its menu
3_use the suggested button in order to chose the option START
