Tic watch c2 voice commands

The watch was bought very recently along with a tic watch pro and we have had endless problems with the voice function it just doesn't work. It does not show up any agenda information or navigate us anywhere. It keeps telling us "sorry there was a problem". Does this mean the watch may be faulty or is it the software please let me know this is very disappointing.

Hi Mayhem,

This is a current issue with the Google Assistant on Wear OS and not an issue with your watch.

Please use the feedback option within the Wear OS app and send feedback for the Google Wear OS team.

Also have a look at the Google Wear OS help forum linked below and you will see this is affecting other users on different watches. Hopefully Google will push a fix out quickly.
