What's the deal?

Okay, so I purchased the Ticwatch Pro (pre 2020) and paired it with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and have NEVER had a problem with it. I've been so satisfied with it that I convinced my wife to get the C2 for her Samsung A20. The problem is, is that she's had nothing but problems with it. It seems like every time it disconnects, I need to open the WearOS app and reconnect it manually; it just won't connect any other way. I've reset the C2 and reinstalled the WOS app, but the problem persists. Is this an issue that anyone else has dealt with? Could this be an problem with the watch or her phone? I really need to know, because I need a watch for her that has both NFC payment and the "Find My Phone" functionality and the C2 fits the bill, but if it won't work with her A20, I'm going to need something else.

Help me out here, please.

I have the same issue with my Samsung A10.

I have to repair manually every single time I move away from my phone and back again. Utterly ridiculous.
