C2 watch gone dead

I originally had a Pro, but after few months I developed skin rashes due to allergic reactions. Mobvoid kindly replaced Pro to C2 and for over a year all was good. My daily routine was to put the watch on charge before going to bed at night and in the morning get a fully charged watch until few days ago when I found the watch appear to be totally dead. Hard reset does not work, even after whole night charge the watch is not coming back to life no matter what I try. I thought that it could be a charger issue. However, with a voltmeter I found 5.00 volt on charging pins, so the charger seem to be OK. It appears that the issue is with the watch. Wondering what recourse do I have?
