Ticwatch C2 screen not working

Hi All,

Recently, my Ticwatch C2 has been having issues with the screen. I received this as a gift for Christmas 2019.
The watch was working fine on the 17/12/21 and today the screen lights up for a second, then flickers to a really dark screen. I am unable to view anything or tap on anything on the watch.
I have tried new watch faces and I have tried numerous hard resets - nothing seems to be helping.

Any idea on how to fix this without paying for a repair?
