Hello, I have a ticwatch 2-i18n, purchased a while ago. It has been working great up until recently when I upgraded my pixel 2 to Android 10. After doing so, the watch no longer gets text messages or email notifications. It does however recieve calls which is odd. I have gone through just about every setting to turn on notifications, for the ticwear global app, reset it to factory defaults, re-paired it with my phone, everything and nothing seems to get me my notifications back.
Really hoping someone from Mobvoi has some help here otherwise this watch is kind of dead for me...Anyone else experience anything similar?

Also, experiencing the same problem. It's not encouraging that there is no response to this question posted Nov. of 2019.
