New E2 won't start at all?

So I just received my new watch a few hours ago, an E2. It will not turn on at all, it shows no sign of trying to turn on either, no vibration or flash of the screen. It just seems completely dead. I removed all the protective plastics, (the big one on the back and the screen protector), tried to charge it with two different adapters and also by plugging it into the computer. I made sure the pins were lined up correctly and that the charger was placed where it should be.

Please tell me I missed something? I'm so discouraged right now, this watch was a replacement because the old one stopped working quite quickly as well, but not like this. I don't want to be 2 for 2 on defect watches.

Me too, I have ordered 2 from Amazon and 1 directly from Mobvoi. None will start!

same here. dead on arrival. reported, no word from mobvoi yet

Some early version chargers might fail if used with higher current found with many fast chargers so you may need a new charger. Newer replacement chargers should be compatible with fast chargers and QC3 chargers. You can make a warranty claim at support.mobvoi.com.
