Hello, I've had my Ticpods Free for a few weeks now. The fit is great, sound quality is amazing, and for the most part they just work. I do have a couple of quirks that hopefully can get sorted out, though.
Firstly, when listening to music I sometimes get a gap in audio. It is as if the headphones got disconnected for 1/2 second and it comes right back. The music isn't paused. I just hear a gap in audio. It happens once every 15 to 20 minutes or so. It isn't all the time, but it is often enough that on prolonged listening it becomes annoying. I updated my Ticpods to the latest firmware when I first received them, so unless there has been one released in the last week or two I should be on the latest firmware.
I don't think it's a signal issue as I am usually sitting at my desk with my phone propped-up about 3 feet away and in line-of-sight to the ticpods. It happens whether the phone is in my pocket, or out in the open. It also happens on both ears. It isn't one or the other cutting out, they both seem to do it simultaneously.
Secondly, when using the Ticpods for phone calls, audio on my side sounds great. But the person on the other end consistently tells me that they have a hard time hearing me and I have to switch to my phone handset. I don't know if it's just a bad mic on the Ticpods, or if I can adjust their position to make it any better.
Any ideas?

The audio cut-out does seem more pronounced when listening to music as it creates an audible gap in the song. If I'm listening to an audio book I don't notice quite as readily, but I do still hear the cut out periodically.

Re: Periodic cut-out
Greetings!
Please try to forget and pair it again. Hopefully that'll solve the problem
Pairing Method:
Put both Ticpods into the charging case and close then open the case to restart them. Then, take both earbuds and place them into the correct ear. Next, tap them simutanously 5 times each. If this is done correctly, You'll should be hearing a pairing message. If it does not work, have them try it a few more times.

Re: Periodic cut-out
I am having the same issue described here. I especially notice it when connected to my computer and watching youtube. It cuts out every 10 seconds or so for about 1/2 a second. I've tried to disconnect and reconnect and there is no change.
This is very annoying and is making me regret purchasing this device.
