I own a TicPods, I think it would be convenient to provide with the headphones some additional rubbers that allow to better hold the headphones in the ears, especially when sports, since it is easy to fall.
Also, if they had some more volume in the sound, louder sound, the better.

Others have tried replacing them with aftermarket tips, but they often don't fit well in the case after replacing the stock ones.
