Microphone

Hello,

I did search on the community and i didn't find any subject.
But i just get the Red Ticpods Free. I use it on my OnePlus 7 Pro and while I was calling someone, the people seem to not hear me.
The device, trough multiple application doesn't get the bluetooth microphone !
Is it a common issue ? A though there was a microphone on the right earbud.

I'm really considering to give it back and get a refund but I want some explanations and discuss about it

The headphones do definitely have a microphone and can be used for calls as well as listening to music. Have you tried them on another device or a PC to confirm that the mic works?
