Hello,
I've been charging the charging box till it has the stable green lights, but when I want to use my Ticpods, they don't show more than 10% charge and die within a minute.
Also, previously on a full charge, the Ticpods would last max 3 hrs.
Wondering if anyone else is facing similar issues? I bought these during the Indiegogo but feel like I will have to buy a replacement already.

It sounds like your TicPods may not be making good contact in the charging case. You might check the leads in the case and on the TicPods for dirt/corrosion as well.
If that doesn't help, you should open a ticket with customer service. What your are describing is not normal behavior.
