Ticpods free turn off automatically
Hello,
After a while playing music on my ticpods, no more than 5 minutes, I suddenly hear "power-off".
I have already tried to unpair them and still the same problem!
would you have an idea solving this problem?
thanks

Charge the case to full (the LED lights will turn green) with the TicPods inside and see if the issue persists. It sounds like a battery issue.

i had that issue as well. i found out that the case wasnt charging even though the LED lights where green. i have to unplug the case and plug the usb back in to get it to charge. but even after that it wont go to 100%
i can leave them in the case overnight even for a few days and the battery never goes over 90%

Yeah, same problem.
"Power off" sound and actually power off after few minutes.
The pods batteries are at 100%.
This happens after 3 months.

Its basically useless after 3 months.
Power of by itself, with the voice "power off".
Problem is not with battery, charging the casing and the pods are fine.

Does TicPods Free turn off itself during inactivity or when your listening to music with it

Re: Ticpods free turn off automatically
I've had this happen several times. It's happened while listening to music, like yesterday when I was mowing the lawn, and when I've been on a call.
Also had just one earbud turn off while in use. That happens A LOT more.

Re: Ticpods free turn off automatically
This problem has started happening recently. The music will play normally for about 20 minutes then I hear 'powering down' and they turn off. I put them back into the case to turn them back on and check the battery charge and they are still on 90-80%. Then a few minutes later they power off again and then again every few minutes. It is very annoying and I can't find a fix for this. Also, are ticpods free supported by the Mobvoi app? There doesn't appear to be any pairing steps through the app and there is no information about the ticpods free in the app.
