TICPODS FREE Battery Drain

I am an original project backer and got my tic pods in the combo . Their battery life if just disappointing. They drop off after 10 minutes of use. Is there a firmware update to fix this or Do i have to sadly discard them ?

Same here. I get 15 minutes of battery-life out of them.

This sounds like a defect. I have 2 pairs of TicPods Free and they both last for hours on a charge.

Ive had mine for about 2 years now, even when fully charged they only last 1.5 hours. Left earpod disconnects while right keeps playing.

Hi,
after 2 years, my Ticpods Free only last 30 seconds, then they turn off.
I don't think it's an issue but a I think poor battery material was used. :

After heavy use, my pods no longer hold a charge. I have no complaints, as they served me well.

My question would be: Is battery replacement an option?
