Greetings info2!

Can you provide the link to the page where you see this? To my knowledge only Vodaphone is supported but I can try to follow up if you point me to the page.

Google Translate:
Können Sie den Link zu der Seite bereitstellen, auf der Sie dies sehen? Meines Wissens wird nur Vodaphone unterstützt, aber ich kann versuchen, nachzufragen, wenn Sie mich auf die Seite verweisen.

@Sabertooth

I will answere for @info2 :

I scanned the esim's QR Code for O2 Network (Provider is 1&1).
I can get/send sms an I can do calls and receive calls.

The only problem for now is that I cannot connect to mobile data for an internet connection.
The APN Settings on the watch are still empty as you can see here:

Even if I switch from automatic to the 1&1 provider there is still no APN ...
Maybe it will be possible to create the APN setting manually in a future update?

Greetings katja.rheindorf!

Only Vodaphone is currently supported. I'm sure Mobvoi would like to expand to other carriers so who knows what the future holds.

@Sabertooth
First...thank you for that really fast answere :-)
Vodaphone is currently supported
I can remember that before 2020 you had only the choice to click on Vodafone (Germany and UK)...so it's clear to all: ONLY Vodafone...
Now two other carriers are available and that is the point which I do not really understand.

On the one hand there is still the statement: only Vodafone will support using the esim profile; on the other hand as I wrote two other carriers are now displayed.

I can do calls and using sms via O2 LTE but i can not use a data connection for mobile internet ? That's really strange :shock:
That would mean as I understood : you can use any provider (here in Germany) that uses O2 network, Telekom network and Vodafone network but only Vodafone supports mobile internet at the moment...

I hope you get my point... :)

Greetings katja.rheindorf!

I do understand what you are saying. I don't pretend to understand all that's necessary to get it working 100% but I imagine there is some negotiation required to add the necessary support for these other networks. That it works as well as it does probably means adding support might not be that difficult.

I believe Mobvoi is interested in expanding support to other networks. You can support those efforts by asking your carrier to add support for the platform. As more watches with the capabilities of the Pro 4G become available may also cause the carrier to add the needed support.

Greetings katja.rheindorf!

In spite of the ad you provided, I'm still hearing that the O2 network isn't supported.

I asked for an explanation about the ad.
