New firmware is not availible

Hello Mobvoi team,
A plenty of days I bought TicWatch Pro 4 G from your official store in Alliexpress, but the firmeare is old v.2.43.0.344410213 , Google play services 20.45.16 (050300-344294571), System version H, with security patch from 1st November 2019. Unfortunately when I tried to update from System updates - receive info that my new watch is "up to date".
How can I update the firmware with new from december?

I recently bought one too and it is still running on old version. Trying to manually update it shows the version is upto date.
