Hi Garry,

I am excited about testing the TicExercise when next in the swimming pool. From where do i turn on the debugging option? It's not obvious to me from the TicExercise app. Thanks, Roger

1. Open the TicExercise app
2. Swipe all the way to the right to the settings menu
3. Scroll down to version
4. Tap version number 5 times
5. You will receive a notification that says "hello fitness developer"
6. Click on fit developer (it will be a new option on the bottom of the settings menu)
7. Toggle on raw data collect

When raw data collect is enabled the TicExercise app records my swim laps perfectly. Please let me know if your results are the same.

If so, I may ask you to export a debug log of a swim activity with raw data collect enabled and one with it disabled. That way I can send it in for the developers to review.

Also, be sure to disable this option when you are not testing as it will consume additional battery and storage while enabled.

I look forward to hearing your results and to see if they correspond with what others have experienced.
